How do I order?
Be In Love Designs has created an online shopping experience that is easy to use. You can choose completed invitations and then order the matching Reception Cards, Map & Direction Cards, RSVP Cards, Thank You Cards and more. You can also order anything individually in the “Do It Yourself” menu. Please see our How to Order page for more details.
Do I receive a proof of my custom invitation before it prints?
Yes, you will receive a digital proof (pdf) via email within 5-7 business days. One round of corrections is included. Additional corrections will be charged a $10 fee. We require that our clients review each layer of their invitation ensemble, including envelopes. Once you are satisfied with your proof, please sign it and fax it back to 800.385.6502 for your order to be processed.
Can I order a sample of my wedding invitation?
We want you to be confident in your invitation choice, so we make our invitations available as a sample. While we are working to add sample orders online, please email us with your sample request at info@beinlovedesigns.com. Due to stock availability, Custom Cutouts™ are produced with a standard personalization and in a standard color. Therefore we will provide you with a color swatch of your requested choice.
How much does shipping cost?
Continental UPS shipping charges are based on weight, (generally costing between $13-$25). Expedited shipping is also available in the form of 3 day, 2 day, or overnight for an additional fee. All orders will be provided with a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery and therefore cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Just select your destination at checkout. Additional charges apply. How long does it take to receive my custom invitations? It takes approximately 4-6 weeks for custom invitations. This varies based on the complexity of your order, the quantity of your order, and the order volume at the time your order is placed. Rush orders are available in certain instances. Al a cart items generally take 2-3 weeks.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment by money order. (If you would like to pay by money order, please contact us at info@BeInLoveDesigns.com before placing you order.)
Do you assemble invitations?
Yes, we do. It is included in all invitation sets under custom invitations. If you are choosing your item al a cart and would like to have us assemble them, please contact us.
Do you address invitations?
Currently we do not address invitations but we are looking to add this option in the future.
What if I don’t see something I like on your site or I want something specially designed?
We offer custom designs services to make sure your invitations are just the way you want them. Please contact us at info@BeInLoveDesigns.com for more information.
What if I want to cancel my order or want to return it for a refund?
We do offer cancellations and refunds based on where your product is in the production process and in special instances. Please visit our Terms of Use page for a detailed explanation of cancellations and refunds.
