At Be In Love Designs, we appreciate you choosing us for your wedding stationery needs. Since we know this is one of the most important times of your lives, we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality products. Along with a custom proof for you to approve, a professional designer will review every order for accuracy.

Quality products and great customer service is our top priority. In the event that your circumstances change, we will work with you to correct or cancel your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to help you correct the situation. Fees may apply.

Customizations

Most of our products available online are completely customizable. This allows you to not only choose paper colors, but also your Custom Cutouts™ style and printed invitation style. Cancellations

If we do not receive a response to the proof within 30 days from the day your order is placed, it will be cancelled. A refund will then be issued minus customization fees, processing fees, and if applicable, rush fees, with a $30 cancellation fee. If you choose to cancel your order and it has already been processed, such as Custom Cutouts™ have been produced or your stationary has been assembled, other processing fees will apply. Return Policy

We understand that situations may occur such as a venue change and offer the following options for these special circumstances.

Changes in your order BEFORE it is printed or cut:

Your order comes with a complimentary proof and one round of corrections. Please take the time to carefully look over your entire proof and make all of your requested changes at one time. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $10 per round of corrections.

Changes in your order AFTER it is printed or cut:

If a proof was approved but contains a customer error or if changes are requested after the order is created, shipped or delivered, we will work with you to correct the mistake. We will provide a complimentary, updated proof with your requested changes for your approval and recreate your order at a 30% discount.

Errors made by Be In Love Designs:

If an order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff or vendor, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you, or you may choose to keep the order as is and we will apply a 25% discount to the order.

If an order contains an error caused by our staff members or vendors, we will happily replace your order at no cost to you, or you can choose to keep the order for a 30% discount.

Please note that if you have chosen to use a photo or image that our production staff has deemed unsuitable for printing, (i.e. under 300 dpi), we cannot offer a refund.

Scheduling Issues:

We will make every effort to insure that your order is processed in a timely manner. Once your proof is approved, we will give you a date range of when you should receive your order (usually 4-6 weeks). If needed, we will upgrade your shipping at no additional cost, in order to maintain our time frame. However, in the event that your order is delivered late, we will determine the appropriate refund for all or a portion of your shipping.
