Imagine arriving for your appointment at our invitation boutique and being greeted by one of our invitation consultants.

She is happy to see you and offers you a seat and something to drink. Your invitation consultant is eager to begin showing you ideas based on the stationery questionnaire you completed earlier. She shares with you some information regarding pricing, print methods, paper, embellishments and design options – really explaining all the details you will want to know about. You quickly realize it is our passion to create unique works of art that will excite both you and your guests, and that we’re here to help you every step of the way.

Do I need an appointment to look at wedding invitations?

We do request that you make an appointment so we can reserve that time just for you and have the chance to treat you like royalty. We are a family-friendly business and our working hours may vary.

How long is the first appointment?

Most appointments last about an hour and we will reserve that time just for you.

Once the appointment is confirmed, we will ask you to complete a stationery questionnaire and submit it to us at least two days prior to your appointment. {It’s very quick and will help us learn more about your vision, so we can get to the fun stuff faster at your appointment!}

To make sure the process isn’t overwhelming, we also request to meet in stages for your stationery needs. Although save the dates and invitations can usually be combined into one appointment, there is often too many details to include the reception items at this time. However, we are happy to show you some of these items.

What can I expect during my first appointment?

During the appointment, we will spend some time explaining print methods, showing you paper and embellishment options and discuss your design. If you need inspiration, we can show you as many samples of invitations as you like.

Since we specialize in custom design, we’ll also show you how you can further customize your invitation with ink colors, pockets and backing layers, and other options. We will answer any questions regarding design, pricing and etiquette.

After the first appointment, we can work mostly over email and phone.

What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment, since we only have a limited number of appointments available. Preferably a minimum of 24 hours before is appreciated. 480.463.4775 or info@beinlovedesigns.com
